BROWNSVILLE, RGV — The Brownsville Community Improvement Corporation (BCIC), and its Board of Directors have approved the following Partnership Grants with 501(c)3 organizations and city departments in order to support economic activity in Brownsville, Texas through events or campaigns designed to attract visitation and promote local spending.
